Measure your finger with a soft tape, string, or strip of paper at the base where the ring will sit. Measure in mm and use the chart below to find your size. Measure at the end of the day for best fit.

If you’re between sizes, pick the larger size for comfort. Wider rings may need a slightly bigger size. Dominant hand fingers may be slightly larger too.
